Diet Diary: Day 7 & Day 8

Sunday – May 4, 2014

Day Seven

No Sunday splurging today! It was a beautiful out and I kicked it off with a hike. I don’t have much to say. Have I mentioned I am really over writing these? I can’t wait to get back to simply recipes! Haha…


Breakfast: Coffee with a bit of skim milk and Splenda. Don’t bother leaving comments about artifactual sweeteners, haha.

Lunch: 4 Cups of skinny pop

Dinner: Premio Italian Chicken Sausage with a side of quinoa & veggies

Snack: 12 milk chocolate Cadbury eggs

Beverages: Water

Workout: Hike


Monday – May 5, 2014

Day Eight

Is there anything better than waking up bloat and guilt free on a Monday morning? 


Breakfast: Skinny pop. I know, you are sick of reading it and I am sick of writing it.

Lunch: Apple with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of honey. 

Dinner: My low calorie crab cakes! Yes people, spring has arrived!
