Finally, an icy treat you don’t have to feel bad about!
This recipe has been floating around the internet for a while now, but my recipe makes a perfect portion (large single, perfect for two) and has a little something extra… chocolate!
Ingredients: 1 cup of whole frozen strawberries, 1/2 a cup of 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, 1-1/2 tablespoons of honey, 1/2-1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 2 ish tablespoons of mini chocolate chips
**Depending on how tart you like your sorbet, you can play around with portions of honey vs. lemon juice!
Get It Cookin’:
- Blend strawberries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor until well combined
- Place mixture in an air tight container
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Cover, freeze for 2-3 hours & enjoy!
