{Love Berries}They do not look like much, but your tastebuds will thank you. 

If you are looking to heat things up this Valentine’s Day, without the added sugar, than these filled berries are exactly what you need. Juicy, salty, sweet and a little messy (wink), they are everything you need to get things heating up this V-day without a bloated belly.

Ingredients: 1 cup of strawberry halves, 1 tablespoon of chunky (or smooth) peanut butter, 1/2 a tablespoon of raspberry fruit jam (no sugar added), toothpicks

Get It Cookin’: 

  • Fill half of your halves with a little bit of peanut butter and jam.
  • Using the other halves, put together (like a sandwich).
  • Stick the toothpick through the middle.

It actually cannot be any easier. This is a great recipe for kids, or if you are just really bad in the kitchen.
